I changed them on my car 1998 E430 W210... It was not hard at all. I think I posted some pix.. as well.. They say the the oil pan will support the engine, but I am not sure about your car.. There are two bolts a top and a bottom you can undo them without the engine fallen out... then jack up the engine about 2in then pull out the mount then push in the new.. Once you see the new one you can see how simple it is..
