Glad to help, however, your 300TE has a different arrangement for the rear muffler as seen below.

I'd suggest you get rid of the resonator at least. This dumps a considerable amount of weight, gives you a little better flow and produces a good exhaust note without sounding rice. You should be able to have an exhaust shop cut out your resonator and fabricate a Y pipe in its place of it for less than $100. As for the rear muffler, I have no clue. Maybe someone else knows of a performance replacement for the TE. You can also gut the pre-cats by dropping the whole exhaust from the manifolds, cutting them at the pre-cats. Make sure you mark the position first so you can weld them back on correctly. From there get a bunch of destructive tools and start drilling, poking and prying the pre-cat's out of their cavities. Once they are out you can just weld them back on. Now, this is for off road use only, okay... After all that you will end up with a high flow exhaust that will sound cool but not rice. You will get a loud resonant hum at around 2500 rpm that gets annoying at about half pedal but will sound quiet at idle and just fine at highway speeds.
