I just spoke to Mercedes today. On used cars, Mercedes does not offer a Mercedes after market extended warranty. You have to purchase one before it is 1 year old. They sell Fireman's Fund extended warranty at Greenwich, CT for $3500 for 2 tears and $4000 for 3 years. That's a bite! I am going to re-lease my 1999 ML320 for another 36 months at $302 which includes CT sales tax. My SUV currently has 37K miles so this will take me to 75K. It has the Skyview that I, my wife, and my three boys love. Has heated leather seats, Bose CD changer, so we're happy. I just hope it will make it to 75K without major repairs. The engine rings were done at 33K miles. Wish me luck.
