I looked a little more closely at it last night... all I could do without a Screw driver, and felt the box that is mounted behind the fuse box was where the clicking was coming from. I assume the relay is inside the box.

I tried to use all the functions of the car around the dash and I found that the cruise control doen't work either.

The list of things affected by this Fuse or relay is as follows:

Cruise control
Oil gauge
Temp gauge
Tachometer
Fuel gauge

I checked the Windshield wipers and they do work, the horn, and all flashers work too, as well as the headlights.

I'll let you all know what I find when I can get a closer look at the Fuses and inside the relay box.
