Mankind takes what it wants, not what it needs. Eventually, the resources we want will be depleted, then we'll learn to live with what we need, if there's anything left. I'd surmise that there won't be much, because mankind generally lives for today and not for tomorrow.
Humans are users without predators, so when our population gets totally out-of-whack, disease will solve that issue (study deer populations to get an idea of what I mean; hell, study human populations of the past). In the meantime, we'll take all we can from this planet to survive. With our behavior, there is NO WAY you're going to establish 1/3 of the oceans as "Fishing-Free" zones.
Besides, fish is good for you.
