Hey Steve: putting a wire bridge is a great idea, thanks. My relay is still in my pocket today (a spare I got from a junkyard), so I will do the same before putting it in the car. Then I will give the other one the same treatment and put in on the shelf with other spare parts. Thanks for sharing.
