Need help with ML430 1999.

• Engine starts from cold ok but dies after 10-14 minutes of running. original error codes PO170 and PO173 fuel trim malfunctions left and right bank.
• Again engine would quit after 10-15 running - and would only start again after 20-30 minutes has elapsed or engine has cooled down .
• All indications pointed to a mass flow meter problem. Purchased and installed new Bosch mass flow meter.
• Same problem of shut down after 12 minutes running but new error code of PO110 "intake air temperature circuit malfunction". (No PO 170- PO173 error codes registered.)
• thought I may have defective new mass flow meter, so I waited for the engine to quit (by itself) once this occurred, I put in the cold (original) mass flow meter and tried to start - Engine would not start. I have opened up the top cover of the air filter unit to let more air in from the edges - just in case filter was not letting in enoughair - despite air filter in good condition
• Again engine starts and runs / drives well for the first 10-15 minutes then dies. I have to wait 20-30 minutes to restart.

Next morning started engine - it ran for 13 minutes then dies - got two error codes PO100 and PO110 - I ordered another replacement (2nd one) mass flow meter. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
