Sound like a small helicopter on my roof

Seems to be engine speed related not wheel speed related but kinda hard to verify. Shifting into neutral doesn't abate the noise. Sometimes it can be felt through the floorboard rather than heard, and it is a rhythmic thrumming. I thought it was an out of balance tire, or something having to do with the front end due to the fact that it was just rebuilt (ball joints, UCA's, tie-rod assemblies) but I just had all the tires rotated and balanced yesterday and it made no difference.

Is this perhaps a driveline issue? Some sort of worn out driveshaft bearing or bushing? I need to know if this should be addressed now (i.e. this weekend) before I drive back to NC from PA.
