Just a WAG on my part but the F430 is the 'standard' Ferrari, while the 430 Scuderia is the race version.

The Ferrari site does not seem to say what the F is for.

The F360 was the normal version and the Challenge Stradale did not have the "360" in the name at all.

The Superamerica was based off the 575M.

Not sure what all this means though. I just wanted to see my name in print again.
