As I said – It’s pretty pointless to do much outside here.
As for inside – The house is pretty much all antiques, and we stay with the traditional décor. Pine (Doug fir) garland, our Tartan (Gunn), candles – no lights, real mistletoe in a few doorways... Stuff like that.
We too, are not into the “WalMart items. But we do go into town with the kids and tour the homes that are all lit up. Not to keen on houses that might effect my next flight physical if I look at them for too long, or without the sunglasses on though. I often wonder how many 15amp plugs they must have tapped with cords in those homes.
