Something is wrong with your GP relay. There is a post here someplace about someone who repaced electrical components in the relay, capacotors I think, and got it to work.

Actually the light isn't that impoortant, its just a timer and bad GP detector. If U want to know when the GP are on, U don't need a detector circuit. All U have to do is connect the light to one of the GP wires and the light will illuminate when the GP are on. But the flashing function to indicate a bad GP might not work.

U could test the detector circuit by disconnecting one GP and see if the light flashes after U start the engine.

But, If the car starts OK, why goto all the bother?
