From your first thread, loosening the top bolt solves your issue, and Dave gave you the correct size.
Actually I did not give any size. But I just checked.

The spin on filter bolt is a 24MM, open end wrench, a socket will not fit.

The other bolt is the return fuel line and that is a 17MM wrench. This is usually used for bleeding the system when replacing filters.
