They usually have a wall full of stuff you can add there is stuff there that will clean combustion chambers, un clog injectors, recondition seals, clean throttle bodies, prevent vapor lock and fuel freezing, increase octane most of the stuff is patented or patent pending or DOT approved so it has to work right? .........................................................NOT
