Look at how clean the odometer numbers are compared to the others, it's been rolled back. Otherwise it has been driven about 9.3K miles per year then suddenly dropped to 5.5K miles per year after 2003. If they kept up at least 8K miles per year then it would have over 200k.

If the guy is really expecting to get $9800 for the thing, it was EXTREMELY stupid to show the flood damage receipts. That pretty much erases about 90% of it's value. If he was shady enough to inflate the price and roll back the odometer, he should have burned those receipts out of existence.
