The E has an improved engine that has a head gasket and an engine wiring harness that need replacing. Check to see it these have been done.
It has a different radio and exterior body improvements. Otherwise, pretty much the same. I had a '94 and loved it until my daughter talked me into taking her '99 wagon, which I really like also.
All in all, if the '95 is in as good condition as your present wagon, the engine work has been done and the price is right, go for it.
