Just bumping the thread. It doesn't do it all the time which is weird. Then all of a sudden it starts and it only does it when driving straight or turning right....the harder the right turn, the louder it squeaks.

Any other ideas other than the ball joints? I popped off that black cap and regreased the bearing inside there which seemed fine.

I was just reading the how-to for replacing the ball joints...and it looks dangerous...

With the very large amount of time and difficulty replacing it, I want to make sure its that.

The weird thing is that it started happening about a week after I had both front tires replaced at Pep Boys. If this is coincedence then whatever...but could there be any chance that they damaged it? Would jacking the car up on something that it shouldn't be jacked up on possibly do this? Again it only squeaks going straight or right (harder the right turn, the louder it gets).
