Neuroblastoma is a cancer that forms in your nerve tissue. It usually begins in the adrenal glands. It may also begin in your neck, chest or spinal cord. I think your thinking of Retinoblastoma, although Neuroblastoma can and does spread easily and can effect about every body part with nerve tissue in it.
