Can anyone say for sure whether the wiper motor and transmission (linkage) assembly from an 87-93 car will fit the 94-5 124 cars?

Ebay has several units for sale, most appearing to be for older 124's. The EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) indicates different part numbers, but I'd still like to know if you could fit the earlier unit to the later cars.
