Yes, DK is correct. That vehicle can be adjusted for vacuum to the transmission.
If you can.........connect a Mityvac to the transmission line to the modulator and see what the vacuum is at idle.
If it's too high..........it can be adjusted downward to improve that situation.
The Superior kit has also proven it's worth for several members on a flaring 2-3.........which is what you currently have.
