I need some help with a new problem. Just got my "Historic" plates from the State of Maryland & have no idea how to mount the front plate ...

I have a 1983 Non-Euro W123 240D. There are holes in the rubber bumper trim, but none in the steel bumper. Also, it would appear from the underside of the bumper that I'm missing a bracket of some sort. There are faint rust outlines of a bracket long gone. Can anyone shed some light on this? Pics would be great.

Still VERY new to this vintage Diesel MB thing, but LOVING every minute!!!
