Hello all,
I'm a newbie to Mercedes (To*ota's are simpler )
I have a 1985 230E W123. I replaced one (cracked) headlight unit (with round lamp reflectors) with a used headlight unit (with square main reflector) The connector fits, and both 'driving' lights (inner lamps with round reflectors) work - but when I turn on high beam, the new lights go on, but the other headlight goes off.
Any ideas as to how to fix would be much appreciated ...
