the 'ramps' don't release when the tack weld is cut? is it trapped under the rail mount and must also be cut free?... just wondering if a cordless drill will suffice @ the JY. (BTW my JY does not allow cameras)

Sounds like you might have a market for 80 manual sunroof kits if someone at your yard pulled all the parts needed parts and sold them as kits.
