My son was very excited about the whole process.
Trips to the farm are going to be a regular thing with the kids. The kids loved the cows and the people there are very cool. I am going to be getting all my milk, cheese, eggs and some meats from them now. They make it all right there where you can see all the processes from behind glass.
I'm setting up 4 raised beds to do my own vegetables in spring.
The kefir tastes like sparkly yogurt but slightly thinner.
