201 - that's a 190 with the trunk mounted antenna, correct?
You'll have to pull the trunk liner to access the monuting bolts, don't know how many or what size. You will also have to remove the ferrule nut on the outside, the piece that compresses the antenna seal. Then everythig should just slip out. Can't think there would be much more to it.
What is the problem with the antenna? Dead motor or broken mast?
