They will do 75, but I don't like it. It really feels like you a beating them to death at the speed/rpm. When I have traveled long distances (over 1000 miles) in the 240D, I've kept the average speed closer to 65-70. That's OK, except you are getting passed by everything from semis to little old ladies in dodge darts.
