Years ago had a friend that had something like this.

He invented "Punk Flamigos", and had a pair in the front yard.

Somebody stole one, minus a leg. Then he proceed to get postcards from the Flamigo from all over the world.

It was Hysterical, I don't remember who did this, but he really worked to get people to send postcards in from all over.

It was funny.
