well guys. this helps in my decision.
I'm looking for a 97+ S320 or 420 decent shape... mint not nessicary. dark colors
or a 07+ E320 (not fond of ) or 420
xenon headlight/washer pkg is a MUST


if anybody stumbles on one or two... or has one. I'm interested. hard core.
my 240 has gone under the knife for rust removal. then its going on the market.
i'm having floor pans exaust and suspension taken care of in the next 2 weeks.
then body work finished by like feb. and then paint. im leaving the mbtext as is. but replacing all carpets and heavy cleaning of origional 240D floor mats...

should i leave the side trim pieces off and fill/shave holes... or keep it stock?
