Need help 88 2603(w124) needs tune up never dealt with spark plugs, just had oil changed and plan to drive 1000 for the chrismas season and he pointed out a problem i had been wondering about the horrible performance at idle and when the car warms up obviously i need ned plugs and wires but am stressed for money, at 2 dollars a piece i can get 6 new plugs but is as important to get new wires, also for anyone with the knowledge can i just screw these in and put the wire caps back on or do i need a tool to calibrate the spaces? any help would be much aperciated
