The one I made last year was to cut myself free from the political scene. No more political web forums, grass roots efforts, websites, radio shows and avoid political discussions on non-political sites. I was just getting wound too tight and pissed off while my employees went blissfully through the day, completely oblivious to the world's affairs. I
almost made it. But it was relieving enough for me to give it another shot and hopefully follow through with it this time around.
I still catch the news via the web, paper and local news so I'm not ignorant of what's going on. However I put that energy towards my family and our business instead.
Any other resolution (eat less, drink less, exercise more, spend less time on MShop forum, etc.) would be broken within a few months so I generally find them pointless.
