I replaced my o2 sensor on my 1994 e320, no problem but there was this braided ground type strap that was attached to the o2 sensor with a hose clamp and then to the body. I attached a picture of the strap.

My parts/repair CD crapped out so i don't know where it's supposed to be attached to or if it even belongs there.

Any help would be appreciated.
