Thanks for all the help, guys. I went back to the shop this morning to have him take a look at the car. I talked to the insurance company beforehand and they said that I have to go back there once to have him "fix his mistakes." When I went back, though, the guy had a huge attitude towards me and my father. I left the car for him to as he said it "take care of the car" and tonight at 6 I am picking the car up. Then tomorrow morning I will give another call to the insurance company to say I am not happy with anything he did and that I now will take it to a MB shop to have them fix everything properly. I know the guy cannot possibly fix the stuff in one day, so I am just giving him the one chance to do something and then I can take the car anywhere I want. He is unreasonable on every point as he said that unless I have proof that everything such as lights, locks, windows, etc worked before, they are of no concern to him as he only worked on the door. His reason was that the car is 16 years old and that these things just brake, so it is not his fault. There is no sense arguing with him about it, so I am just dealing with the insurance company after this.
I'll keep you guys posted as things keep going.
Again, thanks for all the help,
Leo
