Yes, You can have her number blocked, so that no matter what she does, she can't get through. I would do it to her number, and all her friend's numbers, just to be safe. Some particular phones have the feature within' them..

Go to her number, in your phone's phone book, select it, choose "Options", select, "Block Number", or it might say "Block Contact". This will also block any text messages from the selected contacts/numbers you've chosen...Done...

Other times, in cases where your phone does not offer this feature, you can do it directly through your carrier...
