I just watched a movie on Encore West called Eight Below. It was about Sled dog team that got left behind in Antarctica due to an emergency evacuation, and how they survived for 6 months in the frozen wilderness. Very sad at times, but with a happy ending. I highly recommend watching it. On again tomorrow, Thursday @ 7:05 eastern time.
It NEVER fades. I always regret that I was never there to apologize to Honey for any wrongs I have done to her and to say goodbye to her. I did manage to do that for Molly and Vette so I suppose, that is something I am thankful for.

Relatively happy ending, mind you. Not everybody survived.
