on the injectors, I wouldn't replace nozzles and tips w/ out pop testing them. Last set I brought in tested fine, and they wouldn't even take my money. I bet you can find a decent diesel shop to test/ set them. they probably have shims on hand. you could do the pre- assy, or just bring the injectors, nozzles and springs.
