I think the flats on the shock shaft is 7MM. I know it is small, and tight
to get the wrench to line up.
be careful with the engine shocks if you only loosen the lower end and jack up the engine. when I lowered the engine down, the shaft didn`t just drop back in the hole on the support. It hit the side and shoved the shock up through the top mount.
I think that top mount is like $50.00 ea.

I screwed up about 2 months ago, there was a guy on e-bay that sold
both shocks, both upper mounts and the lower hardware for $54.00.

have fun changing this stuff, you will be an expert when done.
