This is a great story!

This story ranks up with some that I read in Hemming's Classic Car. Two seperate girls and their dads restored and modified Model T roadsters. In both cases the girls did a lot of the work alongside their dads and had those same smiles.

I really like the fact that they updated the Pacer and made it into a better car then when it was new. I like the idea of creating a 4.5l AMC six! I also like that they kept a carb and points ignition system!

I am hoping to do the same with MY daughter now that she is 14.5. We are looking for some old thing to resurrect. Right now she is in love with Jeep CJ5's.

I have always loved cars from AMC. I always thought that the design of the Pacer was daring and cool. In fact, you can see bits of pacer in many of today's cars! I also have fallen in love withthe AMC six cylinder. I have a 232 in my CJ and it is an amazingly strong engine.
