I think he said 95mpg at 30mph. I wonder what my 240TD will get at 30mph since I don't have a mileage computer As to the mods he did, I say more power to him! If I had the same idea, I'd probably try to mold it all in fiberglass taking so long in the process that it would never get finished. I'm for anybody that can come to a useable end to a project. 85MPG at speed ain't too bad either.
