Finally got around to doing my european headlight conversion on my W124 yesterday, and it looks amazing:

here to guide me - the entire conversion took about 2 hours to do (but I did not do the city lights, nor vacuum adjusters. I'll save those projects for another time).
If you haven't already, go out and do this immediately. You won't regret it.
