Okay, I think the black and green are the ones you want. When the switch is in the neutral position, both of those wires are hot with system voltage. When the switch is actuated, one of the hot wires is switched to ground and the motor runs. When the switch is moved to the opposite direction, the opposite wire is connected to ground and the motor runs in the opposite direction.

To get the front window up, it looks like the black wire need 12 volts and the green wire needs a connection to ground.
