Mercedes Tuner (cool name)

I bought the car from a Mercedes Service Manager with 200k on the clock, I'm sure he changed it regularly....this is the original trans and it is in perfect operating condition. I am aware of a very very small leakage like a few drops a month small. just wondering if something like the synethetic you mentioned would be good for it because of the high mileage.
