The lock/unlock, lumbar, back up rods and vacuum headrests (rear) in addition to the back up vacuum for the HVAC are all controlled by the same pump under the rear passenger seat in a foam container. I think the trunk handle is also controlled by it on some models.
Try pulling the fuse and see if it resets, it has an ovepressure and runtime safety, but it also could be shot!
