I got mine with the help of an angle grinder. Nothing like brute force.

I rigged a cam strap to hold the bolt up, then had a buddy prevent it from twisting by use of two vice grips.

I have to admit I was very nervous about this one, but it worked out well. Don't forget to cover all your skin.
