Sorry for the redundancy since this question has appeared in this forum long ago. I search in vane over the 9 pages regarding "Identify". No luck.
I found this switch just above the coin tray and between the two seat heater switches in a 1988 560SEL.
What is it's function? Does it have anything to do with the fanfare(trumpet) horns on this model?
I want to put the horns on my SEC. I think this would be a fantastic addition! They sound terrific.
