Problems with returns - Autopartsonlinecanada.com
Just a warning - I've had good service RECEIVING products from these guys but returning a defective product is another story.
I called their customer service line Jan 16 to get an RMA number to return a clearly defective product and on Jan 21 I am still waiting for the RMA. They told me it would take 10 days to get an RMA - a total joke. They are just trying to hang on to my money as long as possible.
So be warned......their customer service is pretty horrible.
