Any road within the zip codes beginning 700 and 701. Mainly because of the road surfaces. I suspect the state of LA doesn't hire professional pavers; it merely asks high-school dropouts to attempt to pave the roads and interstates. ("Go on, Lavon, lessee what you can do wi' dat pothole!")

Of course, at rush and other hours, almost everything is too jammed. This is what comes of allowing morons to breed without supervision: more morons, all with driver's licenses.
