Richard Grieshop and Lynda Williams live in a one-bedroom mobile home in Tampa.
Both use wheelchairs and live on fixed incomes.
"When I called down to have this taken care of, I was told that this came directly from the corporate office and that there was nothing I could do other than pay this amount," Grieshop said. A power company spokesperson later blamed the bill on a system error, and says the couple won't have to pay.
