Yeah, it sounds like the strut tops need to be re-sealed. Don't put it off. The Air-Matic pump will be working overtime to maintain vehicle level. You don't want to risk damaging the pump, so get it fixed ASAP. You'll probably need to visit your MB dealer, as the repair requires some special tools not usually found at independant shops. Expect to pay ~$300 in labor, plus parts.
