Fm modulators are only going to sound as good as a fm radio station. I see no purpose in adding a cd changer unless it is going to make an improvement in the sound quality of the stereo system. I would suggest an alpine single cd in dash and if you don't want to rewire the system annd you don't want to spend the money on the becker. Fm mudulation is not a good alternative.
