I'd go with the Greasecar valve. I've seen the Hyraforce valve leak fuel through the normal closed port when it's supposed to be closed. Which on a return valve will put diesel into your veg tank, which isn't a route you want to go down. You'll drain you diesel tank and overflow your veg tank.

I paid $1600 for my setup, that covered the valves, veg filter and housing, vegtherm, aux, pump, hoses, hose insulation, clamps, brass fittings, electrical wire, heat shrink, various nuts and bolts, relays, and a job box for all my relays and wiring. You can do it cheaper, but why spend money on cheap parts that aren't going to last. I got my parts from Grease Works, Grease Car, Plant Drive, and my local hardware stores. I did it all myself as well.
