Are you saying that all of these symptoms are new after the accidental downshift? Also, you are saying that it will run fine once warmed up for approximately 15-20 minutes, and then begins losing power? And what do you mean by losing power - you cannot exceed a certain speed - cannot get beyond certain RPM? Finally, how fast were you going when you downshifted?
